Neck crank - A neck crank(sometimes also referred to as a neck lock, and technically known as a cervical lock) is a multiple joint lock applied to the cervical spine, causing hyperextension, hyperflexion or hyperrotation, either through bending, twisting or elongating. A neck crank is typically applied by pulling or twisting the head beyond it's normal ranges of rotation.
Sacroiliac joint - The sacroiliac joint is the joint between the sacrum, at the base of the spine, and the ilium of the pelvis, which are joined by ligaments. Inflammation of this joint is known as sacroiliitis, one cause of disabling low back pain.
